ABOUT PROVICIAL TRAINING CENTER
The Provincial Training Center (PTC) was established in 1995 under the presidency of President Fidel V. Ramos. The Training Center is a joint project of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) formerly the National Manpower Youth Council (NMYC) and the Provincial Government of Pangasinan and is located at Capitol Compound, Lingayen, Pangasinan. The center is dedicated to the youth of the province, and in support of the objective to produce world-class globally competitive workforce envisoned in the Philippine's 21st century.

Our Goals
- To institutionalize the implementation of Competency Based Training;
- To upgrade the traning center facilities and systems to cope with the changing technology needs and industry;
- Provide comprehensive staff development;
- Provide trainees with the entrepreneurial skills for self-employment;
- Develop quality assurance system and achieve customer satistaction.
